I have long thought about attempting a revival of TCIR (and The Brus) and mentioned the play recently to a friend who is keen to mount a significant socialist production. After meeting Mairi, I thought I'd see if there was anything about GB or the play online - and, lo and behold! She and I were saying how disgracefully unsung and unknown George has become. Time to change that, I fancy!
Mike Daviothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02516407254699171548noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7717815807671670149.post-31923121721295915322012-10-18T12:36:51.914+01:002012-10-18T12:36:51.914+01:00neil the following poem was written for my dad at ...neil the following poem was written for my dad at his funreal. Perhaps some of the fmily should galvanise and get his work published...other people should read and hear gifted works.
Tony ByattAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7717815807671670149.post-44757594798186883382012-06-14T18:52:38.719+01:002012-06-14T18:52:38.719+01:00My pleasure, Chloe.
